How it works:

1. Submit a Case
Use the “Submit a Case” button to upload your lab slip, scans, and files through our secure file-transfer portal.

2. Case Review & Planning
We review every case for completeness, clinical intent, and design feasibility. If anything is unclear—or if strategic input would improve the outcome—we will reach out. Open dialogue is encouraged at this stage.

3. Design Execution (3Shape)
All restorations are designed in 3Shape Dental System using indication- and material-specific protocols.

4. Review, Revisions & Communication
Collaboration is central to our process. You are encouraged to discuss any aspect of the case at any time, and we will proactively communicate when clarification or refinement is beneficial. Each case includes up to three complimentary redesigns to ensure clinical confidence.

5. Final Quality Control
Margins, contacts, occlusion, emergence profiles, and restorative anatomy are verified prior to release.

6. Final Delivery
Completed cases are delivered on time and ready for manufacturing.

Supported File Types:

Cases may be submitted and returned as:

  • STL

  • PLY

  • DCM (DICOM)

  • Complete 3Shape case files

Turnaround Times:

  • Single units: 24–48 hours

  • Multi-unit cases: 2–3 business days

  • Implant and complex cases: 3–5 business days
    (Rush cases available upon request, fees .)
